Legendary cultural singer Ngor Gbetuwa was laid to rest on Wednesday 24th July 2024 after his death on Monday 15th July 2025.

Ngor Gbetuwa’s burial drew sympathizers across the country to pay him their last respect.

Gbetuwa was a renowned and legendary cultural singer whose music has been a significant cultural touchstone for the nation.

His music was based on the country’s 11-year civil war, as it recounts the pain and challenges Sierra Leoneans faced and also served as a beacon of hope and resilience to the people.
