A popular political thug who is known for supporting the ruling Sierra Leone People’s Party(SLPP), Abravo, has tried to hack his fellow SLPP Thug, Ratty, to death with dangerous weapons in the early hours of Tuesday, 31st January 2023.

The attack was launched at the house of the victim with his wife around 4:00 am.

According to witnesses (other thugs), the attacker tried to kill the victim because he was jealous of the attention he is getting from the prominent personalities at the party.

They narrated how the jealous thug had stabbed the wife of the victim a day before the attack, adding that they had met with the SLPP aspiring Mayor for the upcoming June elections, Gento Kamara, and had told him of what was going on between the two thugs but didn’t do anything to solve their issues.

The man who was attacked sustained severe injuries on his head, after his deadlock was said to have been cut off and his scalp chapped by the attacker.

His home furniture and other properties was destroyed in the attack, according to the witnesses.
