Mr Massaquoi was charged with other offences ranging from abuse of office, and knowingly misleading the Commission by making statements to the Investigators of the ACC.

After his reinstatement, he previously occupied, recollections and memories of his mismanagement and deliberate misleading of ACC officials are resurfacing, and accusing fingers are still being pointed at him.

Some senior staff in the organization believes, “A rotten egg is a rotten egg, it is good for nothing”, and believe the maritime administration is headed for doom if it continues under the director’s rule.
