Thirty years old Sama Kargbo an Auto mechanic Freetown made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road Court No.1 in Freetown on a count of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 6th July 2024 at malama, Lumley the western area in Freetown did steal one vehicle tyre and rim valued seven thousand five hundred Leones(7,500) property of Abu Bakarr Kargbo.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person he pleaded guilty he was not represented by legal counsel.
The prosecutor Sergeant 9939 Mohamed Lahai told the bench that fact as charge no previous criminal records against the accused person the accused pleaded with the magistrate to temper justice with mercy on his behalf that when he get out he will go and make life meaningful for himself.

Due to the plea mitigation by the accused person Magistrate Kekura sentenced him to eighteen months imprisonment to the male correctional facility in Freetown.
