A significant drug bust occurred on Friday at the Fallah checkpoint, when security personnel intercepted a vehicle carrying illicit substances.
James Kamara, a resident of Grassfield, Freetown, was intercepted while travelling to Kenema. He was found in possession of approximately three and a half plastics of Kush, which were carefully concealed within a Lexus bearing registration number AYL 967.
The suspect was apprehended by joint security forces and is currently in custody as investigations continue.
