The death is announced of Sierra Leone’s Veteran Journalist, Clarence Roy-Macauley who passed away late yesterday the 5th October, 2022.
He died at age eighty five (85) at his home in Kinghaman Road Freetown.
Clarence Roy-Macauley was a great communicator and a strong voice in the media. He had always represented his country with pride.
He was the Former Press Attaché to the Sierra Leone Embassy in Moscow, Head of News and Current Affairs at SLBS (now SLBC), Correspondent of the Associated Press amongst others.
