The All-People’s Congress (APC) recently embarked on a peace tour in Kono District, aimed at fostering unity and collaboration with the local community in anticipation of the 2028 elections.
During the visit, party officials engaged with Kono residents, discussing the need for reconciliation and promising to address past grievances if elected.
However, the tour was marked by the notable absence of Sam Sumana, a former vice president and influential figure within kono District . His absence raises questions about the current alignment between Sumana and the APC leadership, suggesting possible discord within the party.
Despite this, the event attracted a significant turnout, with many community members participating in discussions about building a united front for Sierra Leone’s future. The APC leadership expressed their commitment to rectifying past mistakes and working closely with the Kono people to create a better tomorrow.
The A.P.C. party leadership is not serious. The party has already lost the 2028 election. How can you go to a town without informing the town chief(Sam Sumana)?. People still don’t know the problem with the A P C..The major problem with the party is when Ernest Koroma sacked Sam Sumana. The party will never ever lead Sierra Leone if Sam is not the flag bearer. The Konos are waiting for 2028 to come.If Sam Sumana is not the flag bearer,we the Konos are voting massively for the S.L.P.P.
