President Brig. (Rtd.) Julius Maada Bio has appointed David Panda Noah as the Chairman/Commissioner of the National Assets and Government’s Property Commission.
This appointment, in accordance with Section 3 (2) (a) of the National Assets and Government’s Property Commission Act, 1990, marks a new era for the Commission.
The Terms and Conditions of Service for David Panda Noah’s appointment will be communicated by the Executive Secretary of the National Assets and Government’s Property Commission, underlining the precise responsibilities and expectations associated with this role.
President Julius Maada Bio extended his congratulations to David Panda Noah on his new appointment and expressed his confidence in his abilities to lead in this capacity.
“I am to congratulate you on your appointment and to wish you success in this assignment,” President Bio stated, emphasizing the importance of this role in overseeing national assets and government property.
David Panda Noah’s appointment will officially take effect on the date he reports for duty. As the newly appointed Chairman/Commissioner, David Panda Noah will be entrusted with critical responsibilities related to the management of national assets and government properties.
