Sierra Leone’s Court of Appeal has cleared former Director of The Situation Room at the National Ebola Response Centre, Omaru Badara Sisay from the Commission of Inquiry charges.

They reportedly hold there no evidence to support findings of the Commissions of Inquiry and overturns decision.
