On September 22, 2025, the Nation Grand Coalition (NGC) announced via press release that the High Court has issued an injunction barring Mr. Jesmed Foday Mami Sumah from claiming to be the official Chairman and leader of the party.
The court injunction confirm that with immediate effect Mr. Sumah should cease claiming to be the Chairman and leader of the NGC party.
The leadership of the NGC urges all members and the public to respect this ruling and to conduct all party-related communications and engagements through the recognized and legitimate leadership.
The NGC wants to remind the public that the party is united under its lawful structures and committed to upholding the rule of law and democratic governance.
