Justice A. Fisher of the High Court of Sierra Leone has ordered parties in the case between Alfred Peter Conteh and Ernest Bai Koroma, others to file affidavits to deal with the preliminary points of law raised by the Plaintiff, and to deal with the application for Contempt of Court in a rolled up hearing.
The matter was Adjourned to Monday 17 October 2022.
