The Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) has vowed to swiftly address persistent low voltage problems affecting Koidu Township after identifying the cause of the disruptions.
An EDSA investigation traced the issue to a damaged medium voltage power line in the Koeyor community, near Empire Pool along the Kania feeder route.
The utility has deployed maintenance teams to the site to carry out repairs. In a statement, EDSA thanked residents for their patience and assured them that technicians were working to restore normal power supply as soon as possible.
The authority acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the prolonged voltage fluctuations and pledged to resolve the problem promptly.
