Sierra Leone’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Timothy Kabba has engaged the chief executive officer of the international crisis group, Dr. Comfort Ero.

The engagement was done on the side-lines of the 78th united nations general assembly where they shared perspectives on peace and security issues in the sub-region and Sierra Leone’s priorities as an incoming member of the united nations security council for the term 2024/2025.

The minister has also represented the President at one of the events where he reminded his audience of the importance of good leadership, strong budgetary commitment as well as a bold radical inclusion in transforming education.

Sierra Leone is anticipated to play a key role at the UNSC for the term and the country through the president has been working in putting strategies in place to meet with the expectations and do the best in representation.
