He advocates for a progressive articulation of values rooted in culture and a decolonized perspective on the country’s history.
He maintained that, he joined a high-level policy panel discussion on “Development in policy making for Global Citizenship Education in the age of climate change and AI” which was organised by the Ban Ki Moon Center for Global Citizens in Salzburg, Austria.
His statement reads; From my desk at Youyi Building, I joined the high level policy panel on “Development in policy making for Global Citizenship Education in the age of climate change and AI” organized by the Ban Ki Moon Center for Global Citizens in Salzburg, Austria. I spoke about the opportunities in deconstructing global citizenship and our vision to reimagine and rethink our past and progressively articulate our values from our culture and a decolonized view of our history. President Bio’s vision for civic education is a national version of global citizenship education.
