Opposition politician and former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara has reacted to the high court injunction slammed on the APC on Wednesday February 15th 2023.
He regarded the Injunction on the party as “grossly unfair” owing to the fact that their own side was not heard.
He added that Justice Bonnie should have ordered the other side to be served & heard, especially on a matter of significant public interest.
High court Judge of Sierra Leone, Justice H. Bonnie on Wednesday placed an interim Injunction restraining the party from holding the convention pending the hearing and determination of an application filed by a party member.
The convention was scheduled to take place on February 17- 19 in Makeni. However, Chairman of the ITGC due to the 7 days Injunction decided to put everything on hold.
