The Vice President of Sierra Leone, Dr. Mohamed Juldeh Jalloh, has applauded the Ibn Ali Network for its continued efforts to empower women and girls through religious and educational initiatives.
The commendation came during a courtesy visit to the Vice President by representatives of the network, including three participants from the recent National Female Quranic Competition.
The National Female Quranic Competition, organized by the Ibn Ali Network, is part of a broader initiative to promote women’s participation and leadership in Islamic education across Sierra Leone.
During the visit, the guests performed a Quranic recitation, which delighted the Vice President. Dr. Jalloh expressed appreciation for their performance and emphasized the significance of the competition in inspiring women to pursue religious knowledge and scholarship.
He further noted that the Ibn Ali Network not only organizes impactful programs locally but also achieves international recognition for its excellence in faith-based community engagement.
