Baimba Moiforay popularly known as LAC has cleared the air over the rejection of his donation money for the medical treatment of veteran singer, Vida Green.

The magician cleared the air when he was hosted on BORN 2 BLOG Facebook page. When asked why his donation was rejected by the family of Vida. He described the action as bad heart and jealousy. He said the rejection of his donation comes from certain musicians that instructed the family of Vida not to accept the money and the food items he bought.

LAC further stated that the donation was a social media donation since everyone was making it known to the world that he/she has donated for the medication of the singer. He said since Vida is a Sierra Leonean, he thought it fit to do his little contribution even when he doesn’t know her. “Vida’s issue point of correction, the donation was on social media because everyone was donating on social media. Since she is not a Nigerian but a Sierra Leonean and I have my little change, I decided to help because she is my sister. I never knew Vida and I never met her.”

He cried to Sierra Leoneans that; they don’t know the good part of him. If they do, they would have embraced him. LAC disclosed that, the money that he wanted to donate was USD20,000 and he was ready to do everything for the wellbeing of the singer. “People don’t know the good part of me, if they know the good part, they would have embraced me. People were messaging me to donate and decided to do it. The money that I planned to donate was 20 thousand United States Dollars. I was ready to do everything.”

LAC felt disappointed when the family even rejected the food stuff that he bought. I sent 5million Leones for her provision and later I sent 6 thousand Dollars. It is not about the money the family rejected but the food stuff that I bought like rice, onion. Unless I have to give the items to extra people because the family rejected them. “I asked my team to take the money to the family of Vida. I instructed the receiver to give speech to confirm that he or she has received the money.” He added.

He shed light on the entertainment industry. He said bad heart is the key factor that is affecting the entertainment industry. He continued saying that he knows the musicians that incited the family of Vida not to accept his donation.

“The key thing that is affecting the music industry is bad heart. I know the people that involved. It doesn’t mean if you are superstar and you have set your trend, no one should defeat you again. What happen on Vida’s show is bad heart and jealous. I am not afraid of any musician neither journalist. I am their Sierra Leonean brother, why they have to do that to me. The donation was on social media which I wanted to join but they said I like bragging. I have helped a lot of people without putting it on social media. Is only Sierra Leoneans that know the type of money. Blood money, clean money and dirty money which I know my money is clean.”
