A Popular mentally-challenged man in Freetown, known simply as Blacker, has been spotted in church in an attire that appears to been seen as a church uniform and identity card.

Blacker was seen on social media inside church all dressed up in an attire that looks like a church uniform and an identity cared with his name and picture on it.

Blacker, earlier was a lunatic man who will been seen on the streets of Freetown rambling around with social and political vibes,

But with the intervention of Lawyer Rashid Dumbuya CEO and Founder of  Christian Lawyers Centre (a.k.a LEGAL LINK)  who now takes care of Blacker, he is now been seen regularly in church all dressed up looking smart
