The deputy Minister of Communication, Technology and Innovation, Salima Monorma Bah has engaged the mobile companies in Sierra Leone on quality and affordable service delivery for the people at all times.
The minister has pledged total support to the Sierra Leone’s digital content creators in making sure that the space is widen and impact oriented not only to the creators but to the audience and the country by extension.
She engaged the leadership of Qcell Sierra Leone and orange Sierra Leone on areas of collaboration regarding improving accessibility and affordability of mobile and internet operations.
She noted that the collaborations would be maintained on the government’s agenda for digital transformation and creating pipeline from digital skills to youth’s empowerment.
The minister ended by commending mobile companies on the existing initiatives that provide digital learning opportunities for youth in the country.
