The Minister of Health and Sanitation Austin Demby on Tuesday 14th March 2023 visited the construction site of the 155-bed Pediatric Center of Excellence at Lumley in Freetown.
The 155-bed Pediatric Center of Excellence is a $25M project funded by the Government of Japan.
The project commenced in early 2022 and massive work progress has been made so far.
The minister expressed his admiration for the ongoing work on a post shared on Twitter.
