Sierra Leone’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Timothy Musa Kabba, met with his Moroccan counterpart on September 5th, 2023, to initiate the implementation of thirteen agreements encompassing Agriculture, Energy, Education, and Health.
During the discussion, it was announced that Morocco plans to open an embassy in Sierra Leone by the end of September 2023.
Furthermore, it was revealed that a delegation from the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture will visit Sierra Leone by the end of September to commence the agreement’s implementation.
In return, the Sierra Leonean government is expected to provide land for the establishment of a pilot state farm.
