Commissioner Mbaimba Ndomahina and Deputy Commissioner Sir Jimmy Batilo Songa of the National Commission for Social Action (NaCSA) recently convened a crucial meeting with His Worship Kobba Musa, Mayor of Bo District Council, and His Worship Mohaned M. Robinson, Mayor of Bonthe City.
