US Based Sierra Leonean hip hop artist, J’unisa known by stage name as JQ has advised Sierra Leonean artists in their prime and fortunate enough to tour Europe or America, not to choose to stay there, but to rather continue to tour.
He gave this advice on a post on shared social media.
JQ advised that artists that is in their prime and fortunate enough to tour Europe or America, not to choose to stay there, but to rather continue to tour.
He added that an artist can choose to stay only if he or she is doing music for fun, but if one takes music as a career and to earn their living they must continue to tour.

“Only stay when you know that your time in music is over, but besides that, staying in Europe or America when you’re in your prime your music career is over,” he stated.
He added that staying in Europe or America in your prime will look like you’re just starting your music career. He then urged artists in their prime who choose to stay in Europe or America to learn from those who came before them.
