The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning, on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with TAF Global Africa, for the construction of modern affordable housing units.

Part of the agreement is to construct 5,000 affordable homes that are to benefit millions of Sierra Leoneans constrained with better housing facilities.

TAF Africa Global Limited is a Pan African real estate development company with presence in 8 African countries and dominance in Nigeria and The Gambia.

The housing project is expected to create  jobs, attract more foreign investments and further improve the standard of living in the country.
