The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has announced the immediate termination of Mr. Mohamed Kallon’s appointment as Head Coach of the Sierra Leone National Men’s Team, the Leone Stars.

According to a statement from the SLFA, the decision follows a resolution by the Association’s Executive Committee, arrived at after careful deliberation and assessment of the technical, administrative, and strategic needs of the national team. The Committee concluded that a leadership change is necessary to serve the best interests of both the Association and Sierra Leonean football.

Effective immediately, Kallon will no longer act or be recognized in the capacity of Head Coach, with all corresponding administrative measures now in place.

The SLFA expressed gratitude for Kallon’s service and contributions during his tenure and extended best wishes for his future professional endeavors.
