The ruling Sierra Leone Peoples Party (SLPP) has elected Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Lahai Lawrence Leema as National Public Relations Officer for the party.

Lahai Lawrence Leema was elected on 29th December, 2021 at the party’s National Convention in Bo. He won over Muniru Lansana and Mustapha Sesay where he got 559 votes, Muniru Lansana got 360 votes and Mustapha Sesay got 47 votes.

Leema was the National Publicity Secretary of the party who doubles as the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs has been elected as National Public Relations Officer at the party’s National Convention in Bo.
