The Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority (SLRSA) has reminded vehicle owners and drivers to ensure their vehicles display both the Vehicle License and Registration Number Plates for identification and inspection.
SLRSA pointed out that failing to display these plates is an offence under Section 7 of the Road Traffic Act 2007 and Regulation 27 (3) of the Road Traffic Regulations 2011.
This rule is in place to maintain road safety and proper vehicle identification.
The notice serves as a reminder for all vehicle owners, drivers, and those in control of vehicles to follow the Road Traffic Laws and Regulations to avoid penalties and ensure proper enforcement.
Please remember the okada riders. Most of them do not display their plates; they either cover or bend them.
Why always the drivers are we the only transportation means
The public expect much and grate from SLRSA, costumers are out there struggling for their DRIVING LICENSES all what they posted it to WARNED vehicle owners and drivers.
