The 2025 National Beach Volleyball Championship has kicked off today, February 28th, at the Africell Beach Volleyball Court in Freetown.
Running until Sunday, March 2nd, this exciting three-day event is already bringing fast-paced action as top teams from across Sierra Leone battle for the championship title.
Organized by the Sierra Leone Volleyball Federation (SLVF) and sponsored by Africell, the event features 15 male teams and 16 female teams competing for supremacy on the sand. Fans from all over the country are gathering to witness high-energy volleyball matches.
The Ministry of Sports, the National Sports Authority, the National Olympic Committee of Sierra Leone, and the Western Volleyball Association have all teamed up to ensure the success of the event.
