The latest shocking news that has hit the public domain is the recent addition of six prosecution witnesses that have joined in the Anti Corruption Commission Chancery Case against Dr. Samura Kamara and others.

Dr. Samura Kamara is the most prominent indicted on the list of ACC indictees. The matter commenced several months back and about six prosecution witnesses have so far testified hoping that in the coming weeks the matter would be wrapped up and judgment delivered.

With the recept addition of more witnesses, the matter may take an unnecessary delay, but judicial sources have explained that next month will witness a speedy trial of the matter.

At the moment, the High Court is proceeding on vacation for civil cases while criminal cases continue to be looked into by the court.

The Sierra Leone Chancery Case involving Dr. Samura Kamara and others has been rated as highly sensitive, but the weight of evidence adduced in court may set free most of the indictees.

Although, the Anti Corruption Boss Ben Kelfala has boastfully stated in an interview on the SLBC Television some weeks back that they are hopeful to secure a 100%conviction, but the situation and what seemed to be coming out from the court is giving a complete different interpretation.

Meanwhile, the presiding Judge, Justice Adrian Fisher is reportedly out of the Country but he is expected to return home next week.
