The question of what comes next for our party is crucial and demands careful attention, especially now that it is clear the ongoing Tripartite Committee is primarily focused on electoral reforms rather than a rerun or fresh election.
In our candid opinion, it is essential to clarify to our party’s grassroots that the Tripartite Committee does not have the authority to call for a rerun, fresh election, or mandate a handover to Dr. Samura Kamara, despite some claims. Such decisions can only be made by the Supreme Court, not the committee. So, what lies ahead for our party?
As loyal APC members, we believe the focus should now be on educating our supporters about the true purpose of the Tripartite Committee. We should continue our regular activities while making necessary adjustments and preparations for the 2028 elections, should we aspire to assume governance. Continuing to mislead our people will only harm our party further.
The June 2023 election is concluded, with its outcomes finalized, leaving only the electoral reforms it initiated.
It is also crucial for our bloggers to avoid raising false hopes and instead inform our people that the Tripartite Committee’s report will solely address electoral reforms, not a rerun or the transfer of power to Dr. Samura Kamara. This approach will help de-escalate tensions within our party and the broader community.

Indeed
You should tell your colleged APC bloggers to stop misleading the supporter’s.
Your party leaders are all compromised with various court and COI charges hanging over them. Securing their lives and/or personal properties are more important than pursuing electoral justice. The APC party, as is the 2023 elections, are done and dusted. Adios. And welcome to the start of a de facto one party system…
