Sheik Alhaji Mohamed “Omodu” Kamara, alias Jagaban, has visited the construction site of the opposition All Peoples Congress Party (APC) office in Kono District. The partially constructed party office caught Jagaban’s attention, and he has taken it upon himself to ensure its completion. Jagaban pledged his commitment to the APC Kono district, expressing his dream of having an ultra-modern office that would not only serve as a party office but also host the national delegate conference in future.
Recognizing the importance of security, the task forces approached Jagaban with a request for daily meals and motorbikes. Understanding the significance of their role, Mohamed Kamara Jagaban readily agreed to provide them with the necessary support, emphasizing the need for a secure and peaceful environment for the APC to thrive.
In his address to both the District Executive and party members, Jagaban called for total peace, highlighting its pivotal role in propelling the APC to power. Acknowledging the challenges faced by the party, he stressed that unity and harmony were essential for progress and success.
During his visit, Jagaban also attended the laying ceremony of late Comrade Tamba Mbayoh, a revered figure within the APC. Describing him as a true warrior, Jagaban paid tribute to Mbayoh’s unwavering dedication to the party.
In another development, Jagaban captivated thousands of Muslim worshippers during his address at the Temne Central Mosque in Kono. His message centered on the importance of peace, unity, and support within the Muslim community.
Furthermore, Jagaban called upon the Muslim community to take care of their Imams. He also highlighted the importance of feeding the destitute, emphasizing the Islamic principle of charity and compassion towards those in need. He urged Muslims to extend a helping hand to the less fortunate, emphasizing the significance of love.
