Swedish Allsvenskan side AIK has unveiled Former FC Kallon Striker Emmanuel Gono after signing a three-year contract.

The club’s sporting director, Thomas Berntsen, welcomes him and reportedly asks for patience and trust.

The lethal striker Gono, 18, recently came off the bench and notched the equalizer as AIK held Karlbergs 1-1 on Sunday in a club friendly.

Before Joining FC Kallon, Gono was spotted by the FC Kallon Technical team during their short stay in Monrovia for the CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers.

Gono, the 6ft3 striker was earlier scouted by Udinese while playing for Kallon in an U-19 tournament in Italy recently. According to reports, negotiations and paperwork were ongoing but the said deal did not materialize.

Gono is excited to join AIK and is confident that he will have good development at the club.
