Bhantal Football Club (FC) has expressed their dissatisfaction with East End Lions FC following the unveiling of their Goalkeeper Coach Alie Ahmed Jaward on social media.
East End Lions FC recently announced the signing of former Wusum Stars head coach Mohamed Lamin and Bhantal’s Goalkeeper Coach Alie Jaward ahead of the new season.
After the unveiling Ceremony, the club posted “We are delighted to confirm the appointment of Mohamed Lamin Kamara (ML) as our new Head Coach on a two-year contract with an option to extend a further year.
“Coach ML will lead our backroom staff, focusing on player development, winning matches and trophies, and maintaining discipline among players,”
Bhantal FC management claims that Coach Jaward is still under an active contract with their club. They revealed that Coach Jaward signed a two-year contract and, as per their agreement, still has one more season to serve.
The management further alleged that Coach Jaward did not inform or speak with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) about his intended departure from the club.
