The Sierra Leone Premier League Playoff 2023 has been concluded on Saturday 7th October 2023 at the Wusum Stadium in Makeni as Bhantal FC were crowned champions of this year’s premier league qualifying contest.

Bhantal FC (Western Urban District), Kholifa FC (Tonkolili District) and Kahunla Rangers (Kenema District) who emerged first, second and third respectively have successfully made their way to the Premier League in replacement for FC Johansen, Kamboi Eagles, and East End Tigers who relegated in the 2022/2023 Premier League season.

Bhantal FC from the Western Area Urban secured a convincing 1:0 victory over Correctional FC in the semi-final fixture which has earned them a spot in the 2023/24 Sierra Leone Premier League.
Bhantal FC from Western Urban District defeated Kholifa Stars of Tonkolili District in a post-match penalty kicks. Meanwhile, they both progressed to the finals of the playoffs ceasing two of the three available spots in the upcoming premier league season.

The Sierra Leone Premier League Playoff-2023 wrap up at the Wusum Stadium in Makeni on Saturday starting with an intense third place battle between Kahunla Rangers and correctional center.

Kahunla Ranger secured a comfortable 3-1 victory against Correctional to cease the third and final vacuum in the 2023/24 league season.
