Singida Black Stars have parted ways with Sierra Leone goalkeeper Mohamed Nbalie Kamara, terminating his contract after a disappointing spell at the Tanzanian club. Kamara, who still had one and a half years left on his deal, was shown the exit door following a series of underwhelming performances that failed to meet the club’s expectations.

The 26-year-old shot-stopper joined Singida Black Stars with high hopes of bolstering their goalkeeping options, but has struggled to make an impact in his time with the team. Despite being a key figure for his national team, Kamara’s form at the club level fell short, prompting the club to seek a change between the posts.

Singida Black Stars, currently aiming to strengthen their squad, have now moved forward with plans to recruit a replacement who can provide stability and consistency in goal. The club has yet to announce a potential successor for Kamara.

This termination marks a setback in Kamara’s professional journey, but he will be hoping for a fresh start elsewhere, potentially regaining his top form in a new environment.
