The clash between East End Lions (The Killers) and the Diamond Stars from Kono has been considered a controversial match as both teams secured draw. 

The Killers and Diamond Stars both share the same points on the league table. East End Lions sits first position of the league followed by their rival Diamond Stars with 7 points each.

On the fight over who truly deserved the first position and to create a difference, both teams were determined for each other. As the coin always has two sides, speaking to fans of Diamond Stars, they debunked to allegations of the penalty denied of East End Lions. According to Diamond Stars, the referee knew better and with a help from his assistants, the ball was considered offside.

Fans of Diamond continued to brag that they have played 4 games in total and have won 2 and draw two. Adding to that they have won all the man of the match award in all four matches played.

This according to fans was an anticipated win but as well accepted the result.
