CR Belouizdad has eliminated Bo Rangers today, Monday 2nd October at the Stade Olympique in Oran City, Algeria the return match of the CAF Champions League second preliminary round.

The match ended with a 3-1 in favour of CR Belouizdad and 6-2 on aggregate.

Ibrahim Turay got the opener for Bo Rangers  in the 10th Minute of the Match.  However,  Leonel Wamba got the the controversial equalizer for CRB from the spot in the 78th Minutes of play. He got his brace  in the  79 minute to put the host ahead of their visitors. The prolific striker netted  his final goal in the 89 minutes of the match to secure a hattrick.

 

The match which was schedule to take place on Saturday, 30th September 2023 was postponed to today Monday 2nd October. According to the management of Belouizdad, the decision to postpone was taken by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), following the difficulties faced by the guest team coming to Algeria.

The Algerian Champions will now advanced to the group stage of the CAF champions League Competition.
