Mohamed Marouff Eid Mansour is an Egyptian football referee. He is an experienced football Whistle blower who became an international referee in 2014.

Mansour is one of the top Egyptian referees who currently holds a FIFA badge in the country. Marouff has been tasked to be the center man in the match between Sierra Leone and Equatorial guinea.

Mansour has grown through the ranks of officiating since 2014. He is an active referee in the current Egyptian Premier League and had always enjoyed being part of CAF and FIFA Competitions

Before the start of the tournament that kicked off on Sunday 09 January 2022 with the match between host Cameroon and Burkina Faso at the Olembe stadium, CAF released a list consists of 24 referees, 31 assistant referees and eight video assistant referees from 36 countries.

CAF Director of Refereeing Eddy Maillet recently said: “The match officials were selected based on their experience, skills and current form. In recent months, they have been subjected to several aptitude tests through preparation courses and real competitive matches. Only the best will officiate at this extraordinary event.
