Mustapha Bundu is a Sierra Leonean professional Footballer who plays as a forward for Danish Superliga AGF, on loan from Anderlecht

Born in Freetown, Bundu Started playing youth for the Craig Bellamy Academy before moving to the United Kingdom to play for Hartpury College. In 2016, Bundu signed for Danish Superliga Club AGF after a successful trial.

After multiple Call-ups for the Sierra Leone national team, Bundu made his international debut on 4th September 2019 World Cup qualification against Liberia.

Bundu made his breakthrough in 2019-20 scoring eight goals in the first 20 league matches of the season, and being named Superliga player of the Month for September 2019. He finished the season with 10 goals in 30 total appearances, he helped AGF finish in third place in the Superliga-table.

On 7th August 2020, Bundu joined Anderlecht for an undisclosed fee believe to be the most expensive sale in the history of AGF. He signed a four year contract with Anderlecht.

Bundu scored his first international goal for Leone Stars as he scored a decisive goal against Nigeria coming from four goal down to draw 4-4 with Nigeria in an exciting 2021 AFCON Total African Cup of Nations qualifiers at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City, Nigeria

Bundu’s direct running, dribbling ability and the threat he provides on the opposition’s goal from the right side of attacks has remained consistent.
