Egypt dominated the game but struggled to capitalize on their opportunities. The lone goal of the match was scored by Zizo late in the first half.
Sierra Leone faced difficulties in advancing from their own half and launching effective counter-attacks.
Egypt maintained their lead throughout the match, securing a victory that strengthens their position at the top of Group A in the African Qualifiers.
