Sierra Leone’s Leone Stars have moved up on the FIFA World Ranking from the 114th position to 106th after their Africa Cup of Nations draw and win against Lesotho and Benin.
The Leone Stars with the August ranking are now 106 behind India, Kenya and Trinidad in the global national teams ratings.
The two-time Africa Cup of Nations finals participants gained a total of 1178 points to stay as the 24″ best team in the continent behind Kenya, Mauritania and Madagascar.
Belgium remain unmoved at the summit of the world ranking followed by Brazil, France, England and Italy in the top five.
