Sierra Leone Men’s National Team Coach, John keister has on Saturday, 25 February 2023, published a squad list of Home-Based players to commence effective training ahead of the African Cup of Nations match fixture against Sao Tome and Principe.
The squad released by the national team’s Head Coach constitutes 40 players who are all Home-Based.
In a news release dated 25 February 2023, the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) announced that the national team’s home-based players have been summoned to attend training scheduled to place on 27 February 2023, ahead of the double-header match against the Falcons of Sao Tome and Principe during the next international break.
The Head coach, Jonn Keister, informed all selected 40-man home-based squad to meet at the Murray Town playing field for training on Monday, 27 February 2023, at 4:30 pm prompt.

The training will provide Keister and his technical team with an understanding of the best home-based players to guarantee a perfect combination with the selected foreign-based players, going into the international break for the AFCON 2023 qualification match/es.
