Popular Sierra Leonean Artist artiste, Boss La has expressed his frustrations on the conditions of the training pitch of the Sierra Leone National Football Team (Leone stars).

According to the sensational Hip Hop Rapper, he describes the pitch as being difficult for a ball to move freely. He further stated that the pitch also has tendency to twist the ankle of players.

Considering the money government is currently pouring on the National Football Team, the influential rapper urged the Football Association and Coach Kiester to find  a better pitch as professionals would not be able to adapt to the  worn out artificial turf in the Sierra Leone Football Academy.

Leone Stars is currently using two training grounds which are the Sierra Leone National Football Academy and the National Stadium pitch. However, there has been complaints about the status of the two pitches from players and football fanatics.

In recent times, the Confederation Of African Football CAF banned Sierra Leone from hosting international football Competitions as a result of the country horrible pitches. However, before the departure of Isha Johansen the erstwhile SLFA Boss,  she initiated a FIFA project which is set to provide the country with five Artificial  Pitches
