A confirm source has reported to this medium that the match between Sierra Leone and Benin match has been moved to Conakry, Guinea due to the ugly state of the Siaka Steven Stadium.
The 2022 AFCON Qualifier match between Sierra Leone and Republic of Benin was scheduled to take place on Wednesday 30th March, 2021 at the Siaka Stevens Stadium in Freetown, Sierra Leone but was cancelled due to the positive Covid-19 test results that came out few hours to the game on the side of the Benin footballers.
The match is rescheduled to take place on Monday 14th June, 2021 at the Siaka Steven Stadium in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Due to low standard of the Siaka Steven Stadium, the match has been moved to Conakry, Guinea of the same date.
