Fatmata Turay opened her account at The Citadel with a brace when her side triumphed against SC State University 9-0 in the ongoing Southern Conference in the United States of America.

Turay was introduced in the match as a substitute in the 52 minutes of proceedings and took only seven minutes to register her first goal in the 59 minutes while she was making her sixth appearance at The Citadel.

The Sierra Queens assistant captain scored her second goal in the 75 minutes, she also registered two assists in the match and her side is on verge of reaching the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) while they will face off Alabama in their next match
