The Sierra Leone Football Association has today Friday November 4th officially commenced a three-week Coaching Education Course for Male and Female Premier Leagues coaches and former national team players.
The course taking place at the SLFA Secretariat and facilitated by CAF certified coaching instructors shall benefit a total of 60 male and female coaches from across the country, who had successfully gone through the rigorous application process and have been meritoriously selected to participate.
Officially declaring the ceremony open, the SLFA Vice President 1 Harold Nat-Johnson applauded all participants for their relentless efforts, patience and courage displayed in trying to be part of the training exercise.
Nat-Johnson noted that, “It wasn’t an easy ride coming here as the process was set strictly based on merits. You however hung on and showed resilience, which indicates the passion for growth in your respective coaching careers”. Alprazolam
He encouraged all participants to take the training seriously as “it is the SLFA’s idea of bringing local coaches up to speed with the evolving global trend of the Key Principles of Effective Coaching”.
Also present at the opening ceremony were the SLFA General Secretary Christopher Kamara, Head Coach of the Sierra Leone National Senior Men’s Team John Edward Kiester and other Heads of Department of the Sierra Leone Football Association.
