The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has approved the appointment of new members to its Organizing Committee and Technical Committee as part of efforts to strengthen its administrative structure and technical capacity.
The approval was granted by the Executive Committee of the SLFA, according to an official press release issued by the Association on Monday, January 12, 2026.
In the release, the SLFA announced that Abdul Osman Turay has been appointed Chairman of the Organising Committee, with Foday Anthony serving as Vice Chairman. The other members of the committee are Musu “Pele” Bangura, Abu Mansaray, Noel Kitami Horton, Abdul Pascal Gbla, Mohamed U.T.A. Kamara, Yusif Rogers and Mohamed Taimeh.
The SLFA stated that the Organising Committee will be responsible for the planning, coordination and oversight of organised competitions, events and related activities, in accordance with the Association’s statutes and regulations.
The Executive Committee also approved the composition of the SLFA Technical Committee. Alie Badara Tarawallie has been appointed Chairman, while Emmanuel Allieu will serve as Vice Chairman. The remaining members of the Technical Committee are Idrissa Mago Tarawally, Victoria Conteh and John Edward Keister.
According to the SLFA, the Technical Committee will provide technical guidance and oversight on football development, coaching education and all technical matters of the game in Sierra Leone.
The Association congratulated all appointed officials and expressed confidence in their ability to effectively discharge their duties.
