Telecommunications provider Orange has resolved a service outage that affected customers in Bo, Kenema, and Kono.
The outage, caused by a fibre cut, impacted voice, data, and SMS services.
Orange previously assured customers that their team was working with Leonecom to fix the issue as quickly as possible. They are now pleased to confirm that the problem has been resolved.
The company apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the outage and thanks customers for their patience and understanding.
But they have to give out notification before doing it 😕
It is not possible to predict a technical fault. They have done just what is appropriate to inform their customers about the cause of the outages after it has been resolved.
Orange SL is used to this habit so extensively, that’s the same thing they did to citizens a few months back when they included an online scam called Super advertis.
