The Sierra Leone Police have granted bail to Natasha Beckley, a popular entertainer and former beauty queen, as investigations into alleged drug-related offenses
Beckley’s release follows a police summons by the Criminal Investigation Department, after the Transnational Organized Crime Unit (TOCU) declared her wanted for alleged unlawful possession of narcotic drugs and related offenses.
According to police reports, the case stems from a raid conducted on June 13, 2025, at a property located at No. 8 Campbell Lane, Fourah Bay Road in Freetown. During the operation, law enforcement officers reportedly discovered materials believed to be used in drug processing, including shredded leaves, acetone containers, gas masks, and weighing scales.
Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Brima Kamara earlier confirmed that an official warrant had been issued for Beckley’s arrest, citing what he described as “credible evidence” linking her to the ongoing investigation.
While the specific conditions of Beckley’s bail have not been made public, police sources confirmed that she is required to make regular appearances as investigations continue.
The Sierra Leone Police have reiterated their commitment to pursuing the case in accordance with the law, emphasizing that the investigation remains active and that further updates will be provided as new developments emerge.
