Magistrate Mark Ngegba of the Pa Demba Road Magistrate Court has denied a no-case submission made by Rowland Wright, lawyer for Ikubolaje Nicol, former Skye Bank Managing Director.

Magistrate Ngeba presiding over the murder trial of the former Skye Bank, during the preliminary investigation in Magistrate Court denied a no-case submission made by the lawyer of the acccused .

The matter has been committed to High Court for trial. He is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Sinnah Kargbo.

The defense lawyer representing Nicole on Friday at the Pademba Road Magistrate Court made a no-case submission after the State closed its case on Thursday.

Lawyer Roland Wright, in his argument on Thursday, hinged on the report provided by Pathologist, Dr. Simeon Owizz Koroma for the deceased, Sinnah Kai Kargbo.

Lawyer Wright said that he believed that the report was doctored by the pathologist and claimed that that was the reason he was not brought to the court to testify.
